You have your labret, and you enjoy the look of your labret studs, but that’s not what you really want, is it? You want a labret talon for that really wicked look. There are plenty of styles of labret talon available, but there are a few things to consider when you move up to this more extreme, intimidating style.
Because of the size of a talon, it will naturally by heavier than other styles of labret jewelry, so keep this in mind. Don’t begin wearing a labret

Don't waste your money on jewelry cleaners. In the jewelry stores I have worked in (and what I use at home in a pinch) the best way to clean your ring (other than professionally with an ultrasonic cleaner or a steam cleaner) is to soak it in a solution of 1 part hot water, 1 part sudzy ammonia, and 1 part Simple Green. Let the ring soak for 15 minutes, more or less depending on how dirty the ring is, then with an old toothbrush (do not use toothpaste, the paste can collect under the stone) scrub the ring thoroughly, rinse with warm water and dry with a paper towel.
BTW, keeping your diamonds clean (or not) have no impact on how they retain value.
